Lomeli's Auto Repair

I’m so grateful I decided to get a second opinion here before trusting the Kia dealership’s diagnosis. Kia quoted me an insanely expensive engine replacement, and I was extremely worried about having to spend thousands of dollars. This mechanic took the time to inspect my 2019 Kia Forte and showed me that the engine was not as bad as Kia made it seem and that an engine replacement was not needed based on what he found. He also noticed my car was very low on oil and filled it up for me without charging me. His honesty and kindness helped me avoid making a potentially unnecessary and extremely expensive decision. I truly feel like he helped protect me from being taken advantage of by the dealership. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who wants an honest opinion and someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience with Al, the parts I brought in were destroyed during install, I was treated like garbage. Was even told not to trust his repair going over bumps and was told not to go offroading (in my offroad truck) because his install likely wouldn't hold up. Tried to call 4x only to get hung up on by Al as well as sent a message on Facebook which went unanswered. At the end of the day I was charged nearly $1,000 for an install I am going to have to remove and replace immediately. Carlos has a good rep, but Al was unprofessional and I left this ship with my vehicle in much worse shape than when I showed up.

Great shop with great customer service. They handled my extended warranty claim quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The repairs were done fast, and everyone was friendly and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Lomeli Auto Repair.

I'm very pleased with the service that Lomelis has given me on my Jeep. Two years and 3 months ago I had my radiator replaced, and it cracked. I took it in and talked to Carlos at the front desk. The same day he told me I could leave it and the next day they'd have it fixed. The radiator was still under warranty, but I was 3 months past the time for the labor cost. When I went in to pick up my Jeep, he didn't charge me for it, which was very wonderful. I highly recommend them. They do a good job and the staff is very kind.

Took my Subaru into them shortly after they opened and had it back the same day! They took great care of my car and myself by explaining everything and not trying to upsell unnecessary repairs! Very respectful and reasonably priced! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!
